The Residence Hotel Hakata provides great value for money. The location is unbeatable, being very close to Hakata station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities including a double bed and a roll-out mattress for an additional person, which was exactly what we needed. Additionally, breakfast was a delightful addition to our morning routine.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is very close to the train station. the room is clean and a good size. It offers a washing machine facility as well, which is very helpful for longer stays.
The reception being located in a separate building is a bit inconvenient.

I had a lovely stay here with the hotel being located very close to Hakata station. It was super convenient for transportation and exploring this city. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went out of her way to assist when I lost my phone. The room was clean with washing machine facilities, and I loved how the location was within walking distance to plazas and Canal city.

This hotel is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel did have a good location close to public transport and convenient stores. the room was adequately redecorated which gave it a lovely modern touch.
I must say, the hotel reception was quite disorganized which was very annoying. upon arrival, I realized that the cleaning standards in the hotel required adjustments.

Convenient location, short walk from Hakata Station. Comfortable room for two people. Newly re-decorated hotel. Separate toilet and bathroom. Fast elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe surroundings. Conveniently located near train station. Facilities as advertised

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the main train station and shopping areas. We also appreciated the clean and secure environment of the hotel. the staff were quite polite and helpful.
Our romantic escape was dampened by the lack of proper amenities and information. the room was smaller than expected with limited facilities, including a small round table and two chairs.
